Recognition

Judged by the people who do the same work.

A SAM Award from the Canadian Home Builders’ Association, multiple Ontario Awards of Distinction, and a Tarion nomination for looking after clients after the keys change hands.

Why it matters

Peer judged.
Not self-declared.

Anyone can call themselves a quality builder. Association awards are decided by other builders, architects and inspectors who know exactly where the corners get cut.

We do not enter many. When we do, it is usually because a client is proud enough of their house to want it seen — and that is the version of recognition that has always meant the most to this company.

The one we are quietly proudest of is the Tarion nomination. That award is not for how a house looks on handover day; it is for how the builder behaves in the years afterwards.

Most of our work begins with a phone call and a walk of the property. The design drawings for a new build or a major renovation are free — you will know what you are getting, and what it costs, before you commit to anything.
